I am a registered nurse and my grandma in law is a resident of this home. Ignore the CQC report as that is not a true reflection of how this home really is. It’s not fancy and all singing and all dancing but the staff really care and it feels like a family environment when you are there. They are second to none of the care homes I have been to and I highly recommend them if you want good care for your relatives
